That's the basic idea! There are other companies with similar ideas. As processing power goes up and lasers, directional antennae and other stuff comes along, these ideas will make better sense.

Every house is a base station! Huge redundancy. Huge spectrum capacity. Fibre links all over the place.

The good thing is that Qualcomm is the only one that can provide that mobility for the last link. These fibre buildouts and micro base stations/repeaters would make wireless super cheap so Qcom will get a much faster acceptance of HDR and cdma2000. The cost will be tiny.

Bandwidth is easy and cheap. Same for processing power.
