Some men were given scrotal ultrasound examinations...with the nomenklatura abandoning all pretense. [Unfortunately], it was brutal...the menacing technology and a quaint, anachronistic feel...may be a harbinger of the future, for ordinary/extraordinary men so exasperated with the schema that insulate the boys from the truth... The gnawing need for fantasy is a precondition of man[hood]...scenes of fulfillment.... longings, and dissatisfactions...Geez! Why, [Y],...[male] impotence, [EEEDEEE!] may result...demonstrated even moreso by the value[ization] of fantasy in certain contexts: the bikers [and they're sad-sacks] often presented with painful benign tumors, infectous sperm-containing cysts, infections, calcification of the sperm-storing epididymis, [which can cause infected swelling], and fluid-filled cysts.
