PFCK- THOUGHTS...
company announced the 1 for 100 share distribution for
the solutions media stock on the last day of the year...
4 months ago when tom and i dd this stock,we were looking at a $8
nasdaq ipo,since then solutions media has added more value to their company and has the $15 to 20 dollar price tag looking over their heads..now this company has done a prior distribution of the soccer team so we know they know how to do a distribution and everything worked fine...
now my thoughts;
most of the time i wait for a distribution date,but in this case because the shares are not as much but the reward can be greater i
will put it to you in these numbers..
1 own 127k shares after buying 40k more today at .27..
that is 1270 shares of solutions media at xx price..
if i was to wait for the distribution date,what price do i have to pay for pfck stock and is PFCK worth say .50 cents or greater just to get these shares...if price was not to move i would get 70 percent of my money back on the ipo at $15 dollars...and i could sell pfck at .10 cents and break even..if i am right then you will have to pay over .50 cents and own less shares of solutions media and rely on the ipo to pay the ay because what is the real value of pfck afterwards...

just something to think about in the next month for those that do some long term investing...
