Dear martin: Thank you for telling me your problems. That cancellation process sounds awful and I was worried if same would happen with AOL. I have been on the internet now about 3 years but all with AOL. Since I am usually on very early in the morning and off by 4:00pm when the market closes I havent had the problem that night time users face when the kids come home from school etc etc. However, the first person to offer me fast internet access and prices it under $50 a month has my business.
