Scott, My comments regarding selective disclosure had nothing to do with the CC but with the internet broadcast. Peter Troup blamed the editing of the Q&A section on some lame copyright error and it has been corrected. This all took place on Tuesday and they said they were not aware of it until monday, when they planned to get it corrected. Why wouldn't they be aware. I called to complain about it on Wed. Morning and sent them an e-mail as well...They were closed on thurs. and friday, but still unacceptable imho Dow jones had reported they were guiding analyst revenue lower although the company said that was not true....I don't know how DOw Jones could have gotten that wrong. I bet they read it straight from someones research report.
