My thoughts are that they share ownership of Gel-Tech
and must incur their share of any expansion of facilities.
Unless these expenses were written off in previous quarters,
they should appear in Q4 as well.

Even under pure contract manufacturing, there is often
(usually?) an upfront fee for setting up and dedicating
the production line. Such fees are over and above the
fee for units produced.
