Here's an important press release: (Bristol Linux porting kits)

newsalert.com

It's notable that next to Cygnus (or perhaps more so) Corel has a stable of ninja software engineers who know the obfuscated Win32 API. Between Corel, Cygnus (now RedHat), WINE, Bristol and others, there won't be very many hours elapse between M$ documenting their APIs (as an antitrust remedy) and fully ascended Linux ports.

This Bristol thing is big because they've seen the Win32 source code. They may actually know the APIs better than anyone, and they're in the *nix camp now.
