I wouldn't use Pauls 30% FUD number as anything close. He said it was 30% for the K6s. I can "suggest" yields on Athlon are better than they were on K6s.

Not sure how you get 150 good die/wafer as 50% yield since there are only about 230-240 possible good die in an 8" Athlon wafer on .18u...allowing for about a 20% loss around the edges etc...
