re: "fear" -this is a sophisticated thread; sentiment here is a very valid indicator

I am being 100% serious when I say this thread is a leading indicator of both tops and bottoms; this is a bottom.

Just when we start celebrating a bit too much, getting a bit too euphoric - the profit taking hits; and conversely, just when everyone throws in the towel, sells after holding as long as they could hold, no longer see anything positive, start hearing all the spin control, start thinking - "how damn low can they possibly go" - we bottom and we turn & run.

Nothing has changed.

The "fear" here is real, the capitulation has happened and the API's tonight, or next week at the latest; will be the "event" catalyst for shorts to cover and as a sign that the underlying fundamentals are still positive - and we start a new leg imho.

Been here & done that about 7 times since the end of last august. This damn thread is a better technical indicator that stoch's , Bollinger bands, EW's , candles or whatever... bank on it; I am.

When I say - "I trade YOU - and not the "stocks"; that is not an insult; its the truth - as this thread's sentiment is a super indicator.

I am buying the livin daylights outta UPR NBL PXD OEI FST XTO here and I don't think; - I "know" it's going to be a hell of a nice run coming shortly. We are so oversold and have been heavilly shorted here of late, that this "could" be one of the quickest breakouts for the E&P's that we've seen imho. - only need Nat Gas to respond a "bit" - and for the API's to jumpstart another crude oil move; nothing more.
