G'day all - the reality is that NN is too little too late. It is doubtful NT, or anyone in N America, for that matter, would want it. The best bet is an European concern. The problem is that ATM is having a serious identity crisis. The advancements in RF, GE, Layer 3 thru 7, really deal a blow to the hi cost of ATM. FORE was probably smart enough to be acquired awhile back when the Europeans were trying to shore up their networking competency. Now, everyone is moving on to Opticals. NN is simply too broken and too late. best, Bosco
