From Larry's letter: "Option 2 to enter into a senior financing agreement in which financing is made available under a debt financing agreement with repayment from production and a condition of equity purchase from the market, provides share appreciation, retention of Company control, and the least amount of dilution." This is the only reason I have remained in Medinah despite the falling share price. The timeframe it has taken to conclude Option 2 has been way, way longer than what I expected. My mistake. Mistakes can be costly! :)
