Lookey here folks!

quote.yahoo.com

Now, why oh why would NTRO (VARL is sole source for them) rocket 15% on a day like this? . . . orders perhaps? Anyway, since this board is soooooooooooooooooooo quiet, I thought I would spread the good news that some folks in the ol' wireless industry believe our friends at VARL are having a very merry quarter - across the board.

Sure is a lousy time to be out of VARL . . . hope that those that are will come to their senses soon.

). HOWEVER! As the year rolls on and infrastructure orders ramp, the sheer dollar growth of that area will probably put JDSU back into the 7-8% contribution range.

Thanks for the analysis of the optoelectric question.

On two occasions I have prompted Matt at Pfeiffer communications to comment on JDSU or LU et al. as potential customers of the optical components, and he is either unaware of the facts you have presented or is confusing the commercial infrastructure components going to Stanford with true optical supplies to JDSU.

Please help clarify, and again, thanks for your insight.
