I don't know if ProfessorJones.com's biz is going to work-Canada's population is about 25MM, but the deals structure seems to be clean and uncomplicated. The Canadian techs have none of the hype and fiz that the US techs do. The Canucks don't have the bucks to crank their market up and the Americans, so far, don't care about Canadian venture plays. The lack of US interest in Canadian equities is the reason that Canadian stocks and the various available shells are so much cheaper than their US counterparts.
