I've been a Platinum for the past year 75 + and received one IPO "RAMP" You are right,they are full of crap. They play both ends and bull crap all of us.

OK here is the catch. Even thought people say that they do not penalize flippers I thinkg they do. It is not as severe as WIT, but you may be dropped off for 2-3 weeks or 10-20 issues before u get allocations. Of late I have stopped flipping at eTrade (which in fact turned out to be good) and I have had some consistent allocation. By consisten I mean not every issue but a 20% hit ratio. When I flipped I went for long dry spells.
