Shareholder meeting next week Wednesday Dec 8 in Santa Clara.

I'm going from memory so I may be a day or to off. Should be interesting...again...

...this company is nothing but interesting!...

Too bad it doesn't seem like many investors are benefitting from this stock. It's mostly the managers who are talking amongst themselves about this stock.

Company Press Release

Puma Technology Partners With Intuwave to Develop Data Synchronization Products for the Next Generation of Wireless Devices
Puma and Intuwave to Add Support for Symbian's EPOC Platform Across Product Line
SAN JOSE, Calif. and LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1999-- Puma Technology (Nasdaq:PUMA - news), a leading provider of mobile device management and synchronization software, and Intuwave, a provider of innovative wireless data services and applications, today announced a strategic partnership to develop products for the next generation of wireless smart phones and communicators.

Intuwave will begin by adding support for Symbian's EPOC platform across Puma's product line, including Intellisync®, Intellisync Anywhere(TM) and Satellite Forms(TM) software. Moving forward, Puma and Intuwave will work together to provide highly scalable data services for wireless subscribers. Puma's synchronization technology is already behind many of the most popular Internet contacts and calendar synchronization portals, including Jump! Networks/Microsoft, PlanetAll.com (and Amazon.com Company), When.com/AOL, Visto and eCal.

''This partnership makes a great deal of sense on a number of levels,'' said Jeremy Burton, President and Chief Operating Officer of Intuwave. ''Not only does this bring Puma's desktop and remote synchronization capabilities to EPOC devices but it also provides a great foundation for the development of powerful wireless data services for the next generation of wireless devices.''

''With our industry-leading synchronization solutions and recent acquisition of ProxiNet, Puma Technology is well-positioned to join forces with Intuwave in providing web-based information and synchronization to the next generation of wireless smart phones and communicators,'' said Brad Rowe, Puma Technology President and CEO. ''According to Gartner Group and Forrester Research, the mobile phone market is expected to explode to over 600 million devices by 2003. Puma is looking forward to providing these users with a wide range of easy-to-use, web-based synchronization and browsing services, including e-commerce.''

The new versions of Puma products will allow users of devices based on Symbian's EPOC platform to synchronize databases and calendars with many popular PIM applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Organizer, and Symantec ACT!, either with their desktop PC or over a wireless link directly to corporate servers (Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange, SQL database).

This development also brings Satellite Forms, a rapid application development tool already successful for 3Com's Palm Computing® connected organizers, to the EPOC platform, providing a low-cost, high-speed platform for enterprise developers wishing to create mobile data-access applications.
