Why was $50,000 offered to Easton to cover expences IF they didn't have the money? That does not make sense. If they didn't have the money then they had no obligation to offer or pay any money to cover Easton's epences. If the deal was called off by Paramount even though Easton HAD the money they would have an obligation to pay Easton's expences. Then they would say we'll pay you $50,000 and you waive all rights to sue. I sure wish they would give you the truth for a change.
