I've clicked the banner ads for Bill Pay over at Yahoo to enroll for Bill Pay (even though I'm already enrolled) four times this week, and each time I get the following message..I've tried refresh and nothing works..Frustrating for someone just trying to sign on. I've emailed Yahoo each time and have received no response for four attempts. This is not good. Could someone else please try it ? here is the message: The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
