GZ, that's a distinct possibility...we'll see if the Fed can keep the fun and games alive a little longer with coupon passes and repo's. but i guess the bond market is getting tired of this. the next item on the victim list is the U.S. dollar imo. that should be good for some fireworks...also look out for the Bank of England, i think they're going to hike again on December 9. Britain has a real estate bubble along with the stock market bubble and the BoE is a lot less timid than the Fed. btw, various sentiment gauges i follow show the market is sentiment-wise in a similar set-up as shortly before October '87. that doesn't guarantee a similar outcome, but it sure is one hell of a warning sign. regards, hb
