You bring up a good point. It is my understanding that items with patent pending status also enjoy confidentiality of their technology until a patent is issued. The longer they keep their technology in this status the better, IMO.

To me this is another advantage of owning this stock.

I'm Hoping this stock stays over $4.00 for at least 30 days so we can see what happens then.

What the 10k says is this:

It doesn't mean that it will get a patent. Applying for a patent means nothing. You could apply for a patent for the way that you tie your shoes, if you like.

Presently, COII has ZERO patents. That's what the co. said in its SEC filings. Your claims to the contrary are false.
