A big wide welcome to you, John. It sounds as though you've got a good grip on gorilla hunting and I'm looking forward to having you with us.

"I didn't follow the two rules: 1. buy a basket of potential gorillas; 2. sell the loser [BEAM] in the gorilla fight, and move the money into winner [VISX]."

i have just finished reading the over 50 posts on this thread dealing with visx. i just lucked out because i had not yet exercised my december 80 calls so i will probably have a small loss rather than the large one i would be facing had i exercised.

i would be most interested if those who posted on this topic would continue the dialogue based on todays news so one could have a better idea on whether to pick visx up at bargain prices or stay away.

thanks.

regards
