I would rather look at 3000 on NDX to be taken out first so as to nullify the break of yesterday if we do that I think the trend may not have suffered otherwise we will see this thing consolidating between 1350-1428 even 1318 to fill the gaps as we run on to 1429 ... 12000 on DOW is possible if DOT comes and retreats to 780ish area.. we need to see that rotation in process at that time we will see laggards running forward..
