[INTC/ARMHY/MIPS]

Hi Kevin,

On further reflection, for now anyway, am not so confident on the Wi-Lan angle...tho expect something is up with Philips... in the news to watch for department: just because VLSI licensed and Philips owns them now.. doesn't mean Philips won't have to license...

The same would hold true for Intel, tho DSP Communications has licensed, that doesn't mean Intel won't need to, should they be interested in an angle not covered by the agreement between DSPG and DSP Communications... Am beginning to think there might be an INTC in DSPG's future... ;)

Thanks for posting the Qualcomm, Intel, DSP Commun In CDMA Venture news. Need to think/dig on that one. Another angle would be INTC's plans for their adsl cpe chip. They'll need a dsp core...

Have you given any thought as to what DSPG's core licensing business might be worth if it should be spun off? Comparables would probably be Advance Risk Machines (ARMHY) and MIPS..

see ya
