Hey midget mind, why would VLNC sell 3.5 million of equity at a 30%+ discount if it had valuable contract relationships with OEMs.

Which is worse, no valuable contracts which would logically require below market sales or poor management that would repeatedly miscalculate and sell equity at below market prices when it didn't have to do so? ; )
