The software then offers shopping suggestions, provides targeted advertising, and makes personalized special offers. Products are geared to large online retailers and service providers such as Amazon.com, CDnow, and Business Week Online. Co-founder and CEO Steven Snyder is a former Microsoft executive and psychologist. Investors include Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures. The stock looks poised for a breakout to new highs as the high has been touched a number of times over the past week. Retailing is starting to get hot, and NETP finds itself right in the middle of the fray. We look to get in around 37 on a weaker open.
