About a week ago I posted this on INNN:

Message 12149570

just picked this off Raging Bull...the interesting thing about INNN is that it never looked to be the typical scammy penny stock...it was a troubled company. I believe today marks a significant breakthru...I've held it for about a year. Doubled last week

Take this post for what it's worth...also, if you're interested take a look at the patents and litigation over the last year...an interesting situation indeed

CONGRATULATIONS to B. Bauer. After 7 long months of very difficult negotiations with TwoWayTV, and their principal shareholders (Cable and Wireless etc), Bauer has forged what all the shareholders will find is a brilliant agreement for the shareholders and the speculators, of INNN. This JOINT VENTURE will incorporate among other things, a new licensing agreement (royalties) with TWTV in GB, as well as all of Europe. The deal will be further explained in the next few weeks as all of the documents are filled. As far as the Joint Venture in the US is concerned, this is a 50/50 deal which will allow TWTV to transport its 7 year developments in digital TV interactivity, and experience, as well as its "established commercial platform" to the US, where the market is probably 5-7 times larger and where there is more money looking to buy into this technology. This was a difficult time for Bauer, as most of the shareholders were not allowed information; but the complexity and due-dilligence required absolute secrecy. All of the speculation seen here on this site was exactly that; speculation, based on a lot of digging for bits of information and theoretical analysis based only on "relative" information and speculation. For those people on this BOARD who care for the long term potential of INNN, there is lots of info to come. For the first time (contrary to many uninformed contributors here), Bauer/INNN can now respond, not only to the shareholders, but also to the dozens of corporate entities who (knowing more of the facts about the potential of this space) have been trying to schedule meetings and strategic discussios with INNN, to discuss the technology, patents, and intellectual properties on a secure and unaffected basis. Not with a pending deal or "other" outside disruption. There will be a lot more information coming out in the very near future relating to the details and value structure of this JOINT VENTURE, and I invite you all to consider the oppotunity and the possibilities of this company, and less of the useless projections of stock trading, technical analysis, insider action, and who is the "king of the RagingBull hill". In my estimation, everyone looking at this company is in a better position than any "insider" could ever be: YOU HAVE A WORKING MODEL IN ENGLAND, A JOINT VENTURE WITH A BILLION DOLLAR CABLE COMPANY, AND A $50 MILLION DOLLAR VALUATION ON A STOCK IN AN AREA WHERE ALL THE PLAYERS HAVE BILLION DOLLAR VALUATIONS, LOTS OF RISK, AND NO OPERATING HISTORY. PRETTY GOOD SPACE TO BE IN...COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS INSTEAD OF BEATING EACH OTHER OVER THE HEAD!...oh, and MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!"
