MORE NEWS - Tuesday November 30, 8:30 pm Eastern Time (ADDITIONAL)- National guard to be deployed in WTO protests-TV SEATTLE, Nov 30 - In response to the near riot situation in Seattle, vice-president Al Gore suggested that congress consider appropriating $3 Million for emergency aid. The money will be used to buy musical instruments and white wine for all would-be protestors. "Given the choice between protesting and playing music in the park while drinking free wine, its a lay-down." "I just hope it doesn't rain," the vice-president commented further. Gov. Gary Locke agreed with the vice-president and suggested a couple of out-door games to lighten the mood. At the top of his list were the Hillary Clinton dunking booth and pin the blue dress on Monica games. Seattle Mayor Paul Schell, who said earlier that he was declaring a 7 p.m. (0300 GMT) curfew, now agrees to lift the curfew if he gets play the Hillary Clinton dunking booth first.
