Ron,

Almost all buying (maybe all of it) was done thru broker 39 - Merrill Lynch. 'Pacman' says he has been buying big-time and for us to get off our keesters and buy some too. I'd like to do that. But, before I do, I'd like to see something from management that is more than just promises (mostly vague and so far not realized I might add).

As for a close connection between Tri-Star and CKS, they now have the same CEO - so there could be something there.

We appear to be witnessing a battle between the new and old groups. What else could cause the stock to yo-yo on volume like it has recently? I can see steady buying or steady selling, but from one day to the next there appears to be no other rhyme or reason for the stock action.

As for 43,000 share cross, it helps but that represents only about $13,000.

I guess we small fry have to wait it out to see what transpires.

Brian
