I E-mailed SI and explained the situation with the slowness and told them the things I tried to do to fix the situation. I went on to say I was reading on other Bookmarks complaints similar to mine explaining I thought the problem was on their end. SI wrote back in a few hours and apologized for the slowness and admitted it was because of increased subscribers and they were trying to correct the problem. Since then I've actually been back up to speed. Ed
