Kimberlites are a big liability as well. ACA know a so called mediocre kimberlite might have a few big diamonds somewhere that make it economic. So they have to thoroughly test at a cost of millions per kimberlite to make sure nothing is there. They have 25 little green albatrosses hanging around their neck in Alberta. No wonder they can't move. As an investor I'd rather see one medium class kimberlite than all this clutter. Maybe they invested in AEC when they cashed in their options and realized a tidy profit.
