Looks like JC and AMD Zone is just now going ape over the NECX Gateway links. Geeeee! I saw the same links on raging bull last week. What the hell are people thinking? It is just amazing how quickly things get posted as news. This one is brilliant....."AMD began offering their new low-cost Athlon chip on Monday....." biz.yahoo.com The audio feed goes on to describe the 750 intro and then goes on to discuss how it fits into the low-end computer niche with the PIII. Somehow they read the PRs and got the k6-2 533 pr confused the the 750 pr...... And this is the same fantastic source ("0n24"...whatever) that last week repeated the GTW rumor.
