rockwell in talks to acquire UTEK!!! just saw this on the AMAT thread on Yahoo? I know that most of what you hear can not be believed, but does anyone know what this may mean? who is rockwell? Rich

I just got through listening to the Quantum/Maxtor merger CC. Donald W. does a great job with his tables. I was just looking on the ASYT thread and observing UTEK's PE/G for 01 is 250% that of ASYT. I still own a bunch of UTEK and am considering selling out at a small profit and sending the monies into BRKS and a couple others that have been hammered beyond reason. I began buying UTEK in 96, and what a WAIT. It's my opinion that the glut of DD will reverse next year and that the DD makers will begin investing in equip. UTEK has an 80% market share in the TFH litho arena. Has any LT holder of UTEK considered this? I'd sure like some perspective on this. I'll be listening closely to the UTEK Q3 CC. D
