Ken, Took a look at FLYR, I will say that I recently got back into IFLY (same industry as FLYR although it looks like FLYR is more into business travel) in anticipation of the shareholders meeting and possibly some good news. The travel industry is very wacky now with everybody struggling for position. FLYR it appears has acquired some travel management companies over the last 2 years and the sooner they can successfully integrate them all into the mix the better off they will be. They also say they intend to continue to pursue acquisition opportunities (hope they don't get to aggressive). They seem to have an answer for the commissions cap with there management contracts and service fee arrangements. The cost reduction measures they are taking should help the bottom line. The numbers look OK. I agree TA a little over extended right now good entry anything near 8 1/2 with another quick look. Joe
