Thanks for the info, fumble. This only my third really bad day in a year. The locals are very responsive and it's $10.50 a month on an annual contract. My hours are in double digits daily and I am NEVER disconnected. I recently helped a newbie set up his "free" computer with the $20+ a month Compuserve connection. That world, I want nothing to do with. Fortunately, we have a second connection at home through the travel office we're affiliated with (Two nights at Spanish Bay Inn for Y2K bash still avail. $2K -- bottle of Dom' included! :-) Not a solicitation.
