Hi Joe~Don't know if you are in tonight...but if not maybe some of you folks can heeeeellllp...(please! :))

Don't know if these events are connected or not....
1--- Use PC (Gateway VX9000), and Office 97...
Can't seem to save anything on WORD -- type a few lines, and computer won't save, or 'save as'..... window comes up, and says "insufficient memory etc....."

(son has been "fixing" some game applications, so don't know if there is any relationship)

2--- ON SI today, tried and couldn't bookmark a poster's profile... window pops up saying "illegal action..etc" and shuts the entire whatever I'm on down (SI in this case)...

3--- Tried a bit later...to use Metacrawler, got to topic, tried to save topic link in 'my favorites'...same thing, window pops up saying "illegal action..." and shuts down SI and Explorer connection to internet....

Any ideas...I am a novice, but somehow since these are all "save" type applications, I think they are somehow related...

Will try to print out your response, if the computer will let me.....Thanks VERY MUCH!!!
KLP

Joe--I ran into a feature I wanted to add to my home page:
wunderground.com
While I don't live in Denver (I am using the Denver link as an example) I would like to add my local weather link to my home page. I use Yahoo as my home page. The instructions say copy the link and paste it to my home page. Paste it where? It doesn't seem to want to just spontaneously take root.
All the Best
