LOL! Thanks, DD. One thing Dallas does have is a load of office space. There haven't been many scammys hailing from there of late. . . I guess interest in oil companies is at a low. Same with Denver metals companies. But there is an abundance of Boca and Vancouver tech firms. The funny thing is that some come out Nasdaq. Then what? One day I am going to visit those towns, just to go from HQ to HQ and see if any company is for real. . .who knows, I might be surprised and find a gem of a company amidst the scammys. What?
