2MAR$ and thread: First of all Thank you, kindly. Yes, I do consider myself a yong professional and am always learning. I do not claim to ever "know it all" and I am always open to all of your stock opinons, thoughts, DD and hard effort on this thread. I think that is what makes all of us so succussfull here is the close knit sharing and devotion of what we believe in. I work at this and give it my all, everyday, long hard hours like all of you know and like all of you do as well. I do take this very seriously and consider all of us professionals here and business associates. That is how I like to approach my goals and my work. I can not tolerate these people that come on here and act so unprofessional and then start calling names like a child. Yes I am younger then most of you does that make me a lower person or a complacient worker...... I judge my performance by how well I preform, and I do take these calls seriously, I don't like to lose money and I don't want others to lose there's either. Not only do I like to earn my success, but I enjoy friends and associates succeding alongside. We are a team and the more people realize this the more succussful we all will be, bottom line. If anyone doesen't agree with this then I am sorry but it is how I feel. If I am going to do something I am going to do it 110%. I think that those of you who know me can relate, as desire and hard work pays dividends as I have witnessed this year. What a terrific year we have had here, and like a successfull company I will stay focused giving my all to make this thread as successfull as possible.... -$Mogul
