WDC not going bankrupt with the DD sector recovering so quickly. Will re-structure loan or get taken out. WDC's past problems are in the past now. A real bargain to buy on the dip today. The last of their bad news probably. A chance to double your money quickly on the rebound.

Re: WDC

Bankruptcy is hard to predict because all sorts of agreements can usually be reached with creditors that keep the company on life support long after the vital signs are gone. Usually these arrangements are bitter for the equity holders to swallow. I wouldn't own the stock.

This is not a good sign.

I suspect that WDC will be around in one form or another for quite some time. You will have to go through several reorganizations where the debt-holders become the equity holders and then they are wiped out. If the debt holders are smart, they would force a liquidation now. IMO.
