BRCM, EMLX, JDSU, NTAP, VRTS, non-PC chip stocks (PMCS, AMCC, RFMD, CNXT). All of these stocks have had sharp corrections over the past week with several declining 10-12% yesterday alone. These are all top-tier stocks which have had monster runs over the past several months. They are the kind you want to be holding in the latter half of December going into year 2000. If the sell-off in the these stocks continues, begin to accumulate. These bargains only come 2 or 3 times a year and these stocks will rebound faster and higher because they are market leaders with high Relative Strength. Would suggest initiating positions with 1/3 of total money you want to commit to any individual stock, buying more on continued weakness.
