Victor. I haven't worked through the numbers, but one does wonder why CPQ didn't set this up as a "one time charge" for customer goodwill, which it truly is. Including it in operating expenses casts an unnecessary shadow on current performance, and is not a true picture. As you said, maybe a new CFO would prevent such events from happening.

YES......I think that was pretty irresponsible reporting by the WSJ in that they didn't mention that this was almost 2 week old news.

If I was this reporter's editor I'd string him up by the gonads for being so late with his report.
