I don't think IPM has put enough time between themselves and their investors to try and pull off the next one with IPM directly/indirectly involved. I doubt it's the same claims.

It is not IPM. Other companies who are or were involved with this property: GKFNI, Gold Gulch Mines, L.S. Capital, Micron Gold, and Red Rock Mining.
