That quote might be in the beginning of the movie, though I'm quite sure Conan doesn't say it. What I do recall Conan actually saying is an answer to the question, "What is good in life?" (To defeat the enemy; to see him driven before us; and hear the lamentations of the 'vimen.')

Even so - that line originates from Nietzche, from "Beyond Good and Evil: Prelude to a Philosophy of the Future" (1886)
