The listing can only be viewed as positive.
Whether it is an Index or not (which they all are not) doesn't in the slightest way put a negative skew to this list. The bottom line is no matter what the buyers bent or degree of understanding of the company's who's shares purchased may be. It all pulls shares directly out of the float. I would see it as negative only if there were absolutely no institutional investors to be found. I have seen this impotent argument in many stocks I have held in the past, (case and point GNET). That was when it was trading under $10.

I will gladly take even a "passive investor" who is willing to put down real money in a company which take shares directly out of the float any day of the week. I too have zero interest in what those investors do for a living.
