OSX picks fwiw... (only because someone asked...) I like at least a 2:1 weighting toward E&Ps to OSX here. But fwiw; here is what I like in driller/service stocks. Drillers: none look like mis-priced gifts, but these 3 are cheap here imho: RIG SDC FLC ; frothing at the mouth for a retrace in NBR & UTI - 2 stocks I badly want to own, but will not chase - maybe establish a partial position in these 2 and add on dips. Large Cap Mo-Mo Fav's: SII BHI HAL - all look reasonably priced here and will get strong institutional support, SII is my favorite trading stock within the OSX. Service/MFG: VRC DRQ - both look cheap for their mfg/product niches & are top companies with excellent products; have to fly in a mature cycle. NOI - picks & shovels for drilling equip, nice acquisitions & earnings capacity expansion - huge upside. OII CXIPY SCSWF - like the subsea & const niche VTS PGO - huge upside to seismic as this cycle matures (see prior valuations & the quick moves VTS made prior cycle & PGO has the FPSO niche). Over sold value plays- small caps: IIR - picks & shovels to land drillers. UFAB - super value here - be patient. MDR for the patient (yes McDermott is not dead!)HOFF - nice niche, cheap here. GMRK - nice boat play - good upside/oversold here. Good Luck
