Noiserider -Thanks for the links (particularly Wharton!) - I started wading into them this morning.

Let's see if some interest is regenerated...I was surprised that there wasn't more debate about the topic...

Personally, I think that they are right about risk, but that other forces/interactions would emerge which would prevent a sudden move to such a lofty level. I'm no economist, either.
