How does SFE figure the share allotment? What would 1000 shares of SFE get me in IPO shares, for example?

The recent SFE offerings have allotted shareholders 1 share of the IPO for every 10 of SFE held, minimum 100 SFE to participate. So 1000 SFE would get you 100 shares of the IPO.
