Dear Charles: Looks like you spoke too soon!!! Can you give us your seasoned judgement on what is going on today in SUNW? I thought the Lucent SUNW deal was very nice--shows LUCENT knows who they want to deal with yet stock takes a big dive from this morning. JDN
