AOL's Spinner.com Launches Music Download Service Today -- Dec. 1

K-tel International Inc. (Nasdaq:KTEL), a leader in Internet
music retailing, has inked a deal to provide a taste of its vast music
library to visitors to AOL's Spinner.com (NYSE:AOL), the first and
largest Internet music service, and its new Playlist-To-Go feature.
K-tel is providing music content for Spinner.com's Music Download
Service, which includes the Playlist-To-Go feature that was launched
today. This new service will allow Spinner.com's 1.7 million unique
monthly users to listen to and download the Web's best music in every
genre.
Playlist-To-Go also offers a custom Music Download Player created
by Nullsoft, maker of the popular Winamp online music player, so that
users can easily listen to music downloaded from Playlist-To-Go, as
well as most portable MP3 players.
Spinner's Playlist-To-Go will link to K-tel.com, offering music
lovers an opportunity to learn about artists and songs, download a
track or purchase a CD.
