I disagree. I'd like to know which of those institutions Nanchate lists "generally manage index funds" and "which index funds" would they be managing. What "index" could ASTN currently be slotted into? OTC $5-10 stocks?! I don't think know of any index fund like that. Generally institutions like this shun stocks priced under $10 and under $500MM market cap. I could see ultimately some sector investors establishing a fund focused on alternative electronic exhanges, but I suspect this is a bit premature. We have no way of knowing what the motivations of these institutional investors is but I welcome their presence and "strong hands." JMHO.
