Katie, I am patiently waiting here on the sidelines for now. PCES will continue to have its ups and downs until news is announced. I am spending most of my time analyzing stocks, looking for the few gems out there (like PCES IMO). Dexx

Just researching a little, remember SCHEDULE 13D that was filed under PCES with the name MC Informatics which showed Pappajohn owning more shares of MC Informatics? Form SC 13D for PACE HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INC filed on Sep 17 1999 On Nov 23/99 MC Informatics registered this site ehealthis.com networksolutions.com!EHEALTHIS-DOM Now MC Informatics also has this site mcinformatics.com and is public - finance.yahoo.com I wonder if the new site will have anything to do with PCES - perhaps a spin off.
