Slider - I have been toying with this idea for a few weeks? If you look at the SOX index, it moved far in front of the fundamentals. The fundamentals are excellent for the OSX, yet no substantial movement over last 4 months. could it be that some think we may actually have a recession next year (like Ed Yardeni) If the US does go into recession like Yardeni thinks, the cap ex spending would get pushed back further. There is something I am missing because I am so bullish on this sector?

Well Slider, I guess I'm your personal bootlicker today (blech!). Never would have bought XTO yesterday if you hadn't pointed it out. This just out - best hedging move I have seen this year! Maybe the dumbsh&^# selling will give me one more chance to double down?
